What areas do you cover?

How much does flooring installation cost?

This depends on the area, size, and material. Fitting rates are all varied, so for best cost and quote, use our enquiry forms. We can work with every budget.

What factors can affect the timeline for flooring installation?

Special orders may need to be shipped in from manufacturers so there may be some uncontrollable variables, but almost all our products can be sourced within a week.

How can I prepare my space for flooring installation?

Rooms will need to be clear of all furniture. Old floor coverings should be uplifted and removed from the property unless it is agreed prior that we will be removing them. We will leave all off-cuts neatly bagged up for your disposal, we will not remove this from the premises.

What maintenance is required to prolong the lifespan of my new carpets or flooring?

In terms of carpet installation – make sure the new carpet is vacuumed regularly. Don't use products on them that aren't recommended by the manufacturers. We will provide you details from them for how best to clean it. In terms of LVT and Vinyl – we recommend mopping every week alongside general household cleaning.

What warranties or guarantees do you offer for flooring installation?

All floor coverings come with a manufacturing guarantee. Manufacturer's warranties range, and will depend on your flooring choice.

What happens on the day of installation?

Unless there is a specific time agreed, your fitter will contact you in the morning for an approximate estimated arrival time. Please contact your fitter for any further updates.
